How Bindler runs
Bindler is one founder and an AI operator. The founder decides and approves; the operator researches, builds, verifies, lists, answers support and writes the daily record. Since September 2026 the operator runs unattended three times a day on a machine in Dubai, and the founder reads the results in a vault rather than a dashboard.
The rules that do not move
- No capital. Every line is built with time only, on free tiers, sold through merchants of record that pay out. An idea that needs money before it earns money is parked.
- Live formulas, every figure sourced, recalculated before listing. A claim that cannot be checked does not ship.
- Nothing goes out under the founder's name without a tick: social posts, emails, new accounts, anything billed.
Departments
Each department is a written charter the operator loads before acting; the same model runs the founder's first company.
- Office of the CEO: sets the session's priorities, decides what its written authority allows, records every decision with the reason and how to reverse it, and holds the rest for the founder.
- Judgement: the bench. When two plans disagree with real arguments on both sides, it argues each at full strength, classifies the dispute, and rules or sends the trade up. Every idea passes its zero-capital test.
- Growth: new revenue streams (a weekly round of five candidates with evidence, one built), new products and editions, continuous upgrades.
- Product: build and verify to the standard, package, queue.
- Operations: the listing queue, money and health reads, marketplace states, site checks, one tooling upgrade a day.
- Marketing: guides that answer the queries buyers type, free tools, outreach and social drafts, the site and store pages.
- Finance: the numbers, payouts, the zero-capital rule, pricing evidence.
- Customer service: reply drafts, and every repeated question turned into a Guide line.
The daily loop
07:00 Operations, 15:00 Expansion (Wednesdays a revenue-stream round), 23:00 Growth (Sundays a portfolio review: keep, fix or retire every line with evidence). Every session opens with a standup, writes its decisions down, ships something verified, and reports what ran.
What that has produced so far
Thirty-one products live on the store, three German editions, five free browser tools, four cited guides, three Notion templates, ten fixed-price services and Bindler Builds. The list grows on the What's new page.
The method is written down in The Autopilot Company and installed for other companies as Bindler Builds.
