- EU AI Act: the general application date has passed; what applies since 2 August 2026 and what comes on 2 August 2027 (Articles 16, 26, 27, 50, 111, 113).
- UAE e-invoicing: the ASP appointment deadline moved to 30 October 2026 for AED 50m+ businesses; fines under Cabinet Resolution 106 of 2025.
- CBAM: the definitive period is running; authorised declarant status, 2027 surrender, free allocation phase-out (Articles 21 and 31).
